"For by Him were all things created." Colossians 1:16
He is the Creator of all things-visible and invisible! Tarry a monment. Do not allow the magnitude of this revelation to excape you as your eyes are resting upon your loving Lord. Are we not prone to underestimate Him and undervalue His Work? See how Paul visualizes it in Ephesians, 3:8, 9: "Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ. And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things By Jesus Christ." Should we not take a place lower than Paul who counted himself the least of all saints?
Lord, help us. Keep ambition and pride from dominating us. Keep us at Thy feet in worship and praise. Amen.
