John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
This is the most sublime of all the statements of Scripture --- "God became FLESH!" John saw His Glory. How wonderful! That Glory was manifest in the Person of the Only Begotten of the Father --- Jesus Christ. He is the Unique Figure in the world's history --- the sinless, perfect One --- Perfect God and perfect man. "Great is the Mystery of Godliness; God was manifest in the flesh!" He must be God to Forgive sin, and He must be man to Atone for it! So, the God-Man, Jesus Christ, is our Saviour.
We worship Thee, we adore Thee, O Thou Only Begotten of the Father. Help us to Walk and Talk -WITH-Thee this day. Amen.
