      Isai 60:20 Thy sun shall no more go down; neither shall thy moon withdraw itself: for the LORD shall be thine everlasting light, and the days of thy mourning shall be ended.

      Long years have past since this promise was given. The Lord Jesus Christ came to this earth and went back to the Father, but the complete fulfillment of this prophesy still awaits us. We look forward with joyful anticipation to the dawning of that day which shall know no night, and for the personal presence of Him Who is the Light of the world. His light shall not only shine in our souls, but through us, for we shall see Him and be like Him. Is it any wonder that we eagerly long for that glorious day?

      Dear Lord, let the Light of Thy glorious Word shine in and trough us as we wait for Thy coming. Amen.
